导师科研情况简介 | 学术方向: 柔性可穿戴电子器件的表征与测试,二维半导体及聚合物材料的光电性能研究,以及显微光学系统的研究和数据分析。 科研能力: Ivan Babichuk博士2013年毕业于乌克兰国家科学院半导体物理所光学工程专业,并于乌克兰国家科学院半导体物理所和深圳大学光电学院 进行博士后研究工作。先后获得Marie-Curie Actions国际研究员交换项目、乌克兰国家科学院青年科学家项目等4项奖学金,参与乌克兰、 克罗斯、白俄罗斯等双边科研项目3项,在Solar Energy, Nanoscale Research letters, Materials Letters等国际期刊发表研究论文17篇。 科研项目: 五邑大学高层次人才启动项目,TP2019012,Investigation and measurement of semiconductor and organic materials for flexible electronics, 2019-10 至2024-09,100万元,主持 科研成果(近五年): (1) IS Babichuk, MO Semenenko, R Caballero, OI Datsenko, S Golovynski, Ran Qiu, Chun Huang, Rui Hu, IV Babichuk, RR Ziniuk, M Stetsenko, OA Kapush, Jian Yang*, Baikui Li*, Junle Qu*, M Leon.
